My Christmas at this hotel was simply breathtaking. The scenic atmosphere of the majestic Black Forest was a sight to behold. I loved that the rooms were well maintained and spacious with friendly staff. The icing on the cake was the excellent continental breakfast spread which included a variety of cheese, cold cuts, bread, and homemade confitures. The Spa, Sauna, and swimming pool were the highlight of my trip. The clean and well-maintained facilities had two types of steam rooms, two types of Sauna, and an outdoor pool with loads of deck chairs.
There were a few aspects I didn't like. the staff's weak English communication skills could be improved, although the ad-hoc sign language helped.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and tranquil area surrounded by a forest, which makes it perfect for outdoor activities like cycling and hiking. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and during my stay, I had access to a fantastic spa, which was definitely a highlight of my trip.
Although the staff was friendly, some did not speak English fluently, and communication was sometimes challenging. Another downside was the lack of diversity in breakfast and the absence of a kettle in the room.
